Caribbean Flow. Levi Roots

This week I felt like investigating a bit more about the Caribbean community in London, and I came up with a bunch of amazing things, as usual.
The first is Levi Roots. yeiiii
Everyone in London knows Levi Roots. At least we have all tried his sauces.
For my foreign readers, Levi Roots is an incredible man. He went to 'Dragon's Den' and managed to start his own company.
Now, he is a successful businessman who also loves music, good Caribbean food and his community. He's always helping out and although I don't know him in person I wish I did.. sigh.

His emporium includes a delicious selection of table sauces, cooking sauces, soft drinks, snacks and even his very own Domino's Pizza, the Reggae-Reggae!

At his website, you can also find easy and delicious recipes such as easy jerk chicken, grilled salmon in reggae salsa, and for the vegetarian ones out there, I recommend the sticky vegetable skewers.
