Song of the Day. Pata pata

This is what drunk me would dance to in those glamorous Acapulco days in the 60s...

ohhh the good old days...

Revision or Fashion?

Poor ninja! She lives here with me, and she has been revising non-stop. Her exams have turned her into this hypnotised creature that drinks a lot of tea. My ninja NEVER drinks tea...
So, in an attempt to save her from oblivion, we started looking online for clothes and accessories. I assumed that was better than giving her a full bag of Salt & Vinegar Kettle chips..
I am a good friend.

First things first. Bangles! Who doesn't like green? I am so in love with this trend of bold colours. It fills me up inside like a can of Cream Soda.

Boohoo green chunky bangle

OMG Shoes! Perfect for the season. Pair them up with denim shorts, a maxi dress, jeans...

Boohoo Nahla orange wedge

Buy a dress to release stress... that's what i say..

Fluro Bralet Dress Topshop

Let's be real. The London weather is not giving us any joy, so our wardrobes have been on stand by for months now. Unless you are crazy and ready to wear no tights and a small floral dress in this weather. If this applies to you. KUDOS for bravery. I just stick to denim shirts. Always needed, affordable, easy to wash, comfy...

Topshop Yoke Denim Shirt

If you are going to be carrying revision books around, do it with style and fun. A backpack always reminds me of my childhood years. Oh the 90s...

Topshop Overdye Denim Backpack

And a coin purse made of bubble wrap... to release tension...

Topshop Envelope Coin Purse

The belt. Because most super heroes have one, you need one too. Let's just say belts hold it all together..

Metallic Belt Bershka

There you have it. My version of brain training.

Arquebus is the statement in fashion

We live in difficult times. The world economy is falling apart, there are no jobs, holidays on the beach seem like a distant memory. The bad English weather has once again forced me to spend my days browsing, and despite the sad times, I found love online.
Arquebus is a solid example of positivism, showing the 'resilience and dynamism of human strength.' The collection of tees and flees is available for men and women, and those who are more into the artistic side of things, prints are also available.
Items from $24 plus shipping costs.
It is totally worth it, sometimes you have to wear it to make a change.

Song of the Day. Lay Lady Lay

This one is for Andi. She showed me this cover ages ago, and somehow I found it again! it's amazing what finding an old ipod can do to your music playlist!
